NEVER CHOOSE ALINTA. This has been the WORST energy provider that I’ve ever encountered. They overcharged me, I called to fix the issue only to find that it was never fixed and I was being continuously overcharged and now they refuse to give me a reimbursement on my current bill like they originally said they would. Please choose any other electricity provider because ALINTA is disgraceful.

I told Michael whom I spoke that I did not want my account to commence until the 1st July. I see that Red Energy have already sent me a final account. I hope that the charges he stated are the new ones for July and that I will not be charged a different amount.

I found Alinta to be an arrogant rip off Always increasing charges, decreasing solar feed in, no explanation, no email reply accepted Take it or leave it I'm leaving it
helpful instructions this time. When I applied last time, the application was rejected but I did not receive any notice until I rang to check the update. Now all issues solved, I am waiting for the connected notice. I wish your company can be more proactive notification to customer regarding the application outcome.

Hello, We felt mislead about how Alinta advertise the tariffs charges c/kWh price and how Alinta advertise the quote after we signed on. The quote on the Area code (3224) was 7 kWh less than the actual contract price. when I called your office for explanation, they informed us that my address indicates 30.712 tariff not 23.122 c/kWh more, for unclear reason.
