Be carefull if a representative or broker contact you as they give you mis leading information with regards to price increases, they do not disclose all the facts and tell you what you want to hear.

I was very happy with the change over smoothest change over ever
Plan I signed up for was at 24 c/kwh and when the I checked the rates on my account it was 30 c/kwh, very dishonest 23/06/2025 reply, if you are really concerned about your deceit, how about investigating why this is a regular complaint and respond on this platform so everyone can see your response. If it is a system error and you have incompetent staff, I will refrain from reporting your company.

I found changing to Alinta quite a good experience I get highly stressed using online thankyou for making it an easier experience.
I asked for comparitive rates and got about 12 in their most competative order. your was 3rd but close to other two. I knew of your company so chose that one.
How smoothly the transfer was done. Quickly & efficiently.
If I could give zero stars I would, Alinta cannot be trusted to perform consumer credit checks. Dont give consent for further credit checks if an account for either gas or electricity was already in place as they are too clueless to recognise creditworthiness has already been checked
I haven't signed up with Alinta. I've notified Origin who has been in touch with Alinta to get me back to Origin.
Too many transfers between departments. Staff not knowing who should deal with what. Too many holds.
