My experience was very good the person I spoke to was extremely helpful so much so I have already told friends about your company
10 weeks to transition our Gas account is unacceptable particularly without pre advice .You have probably had a price increase since I agreed to move !!!
To be honest it is very simple and easy to set up the account.
The customer service guy was excellent went through my stuff with ease and very professional approach in everything Makes life easier Thank you

The staff ( male and female) were excellent in putting me at ease and setting up my account. In particular, the female staff member was excellent in explaining the details and the account that I have agreed to. She was very pleasant, informative and willing to listen to what I had to say as well as discuss the details for Alinta. I feel completely at ease with the discussion and the electricity plan put in place for me.
