My experience was very good the person I spoke to was extremely helpful so much so I have already told friends about your company
The person was very very persistent kept ringing me 4 times a day would not take no for an answer this has been going on for many many weeks very very upseting eould not take NO for answer so i am not sure if i am goung ahead with it
So far my experience with Alinta has been great. Jess was very helpful and explained everything so I could understand it. I hope my experience will continue to grow as we move forward. Thanks
Allison your rep. was very helpful about concessions and her mathematical calculations were accurate.
So far so good. Consultant very helpful. If all goes well looks like I might have a new energy supplier and more money in my pocket.
Unreal and cheapest
Moving house can be stressful for many, but honestly it was a relief to speak to someone that understands and was so helpful
I easily changed my plan over from Kleenheat to Alinta Energy. It was a seamless transition and Alinta contacted my previous provider on my behalf to cancel my account which was great.
Great assistance from Rachael to sign up and explain what was required information. Completely satisfied with the service she provided. I can only hope that the transition from my previous provider goes smoothly.

Alinta energy is a bit difficult to manoeuvre through to speaking with an Agent but once you hear a voice they make everything easy, they listen and soothe your anxiety by telling you not to worry, they will deal with whatever issues you have..and they do! This morning I spoke with a lovely chap called Andrew and came off the phone feeling so much more relaxed. Thank You Andrew 👏

Just a grub of a company - robbing people making up prices charging hundreds of dollars more per bill more than other electricity providers - aloof staff that ghost you and don't flow up on complaints then sell customers personal information to an overseas call centre to reclaim $40 from a closed account after robbing me of hundreds with every bill for 2 years
