The sales representative was so helpful and extremely polite and made it so easy to understand the process of getting my power connected
It was easy enough. I'm 88 y.o. and not very I.T. comfortable. i hope you will give me a good deal with gas.

Very easy to deal with. Very helpful. Process was a bit long, but there is a lot that they have to get through! Smooth transition, good deal, no complaints to date.
I rung Alinta to compare rates and their rates were substantially cheaper than my current retailer so decided to sign up. Chloe the Alinta representative was amazing, she was friendly and fun which made the whole experience very enjoyable. Chloe was also informative and answered all my questions. Great customer service is not always standard anymore so this was a refreshing change. I totally recommend giving Alinta a call and see if they can save you some money in a friendly and professional manner.

The representative on the phone was great. Easy to understand and very friendly. Continually asked questions to ensure that I was okay with the process and understanding the terms.

Alinta switched off my power without consulting me in any way and then claimed I had requested it, they also did not contact me before switching my power off and then made it exceptionally hard to get my power reinstated
