Your system didn’t allow for my Pension Cconcession Card start date to be older than 1 year. My Pension Concession Card start date was 15 September 2006. Fix this or loose a customer.
All good but your app cant be downloaded on my android phone and your guys said it could not good enough .Need this app to follow usage and budgeting times are tough enough. Why cant I download this it sounds just like the other company I was with and said the same thing,not happy.

Contact person was very helpful and had a pleasant manner. He listened to my problem and dealt with it efficiently. It was so different to other experiences where the contact person speaks in broken English or with a heavy accent making the whole experience difficult.
