Lovely lady who fixed things up after a bit of a misunderstanding
just testing, as pretty sure they have a bot that answers the negative reviews. with a link to fill out a form. I filled out a complaints form with Alinta over there misleading FIT, since i never was informed as a new customer. no response to the form. now back with Origin.

The call centre staff member - Caitlin - was extremely helpful. At this stage we have connected gas only but will be changing our electricity over from Lumo as soon as we are settled in the new house.
