Customer Service with respect to billing errors is the worst experience I have ever encountered with a company. No one knew what to do. Each call you get another person who has no idea. 7 months to resolve. 0/10. I have swapped providers and will never use Alinta again. Love the fact that Alinta can reply to a negative review instantly but when you have an issue with their service or bill you end up at the obdsmunm. Nice try Alinta, you arn't fooling anyone. Worst customer experience fo my 53 year life, never again.
