The chat with an English speaking assistant, he was really great & extremely patient, as we are elderly.

I've been trying to get a refund from Alinta for 3 months now initial they said that it was all processed and the problem was my bank after multiple phone calls and emails they have finally admitted that they didn't process it and I'll have it in 5 to 10 days the offshore call centre is hopeless.

I am cancelling my move to Alinta Energy, I spent 25 minutes trying to get my new account up & running. I used two different phone numbers, both go to a call centre somewhere overseas, they are impossible to understand, talk so fast & have an accent which is impossible to follow. Alinta don't know what they are doing.

So far very professional

Wouldn’t even give 1 star. Currently taking a matter up with the Electrical Ombudsman with Alinta. I am an electrical contractor and I would never recommend this company.
