Dislike the varied format required for expiry dates. 12/12, 12 / 12, 12/12/1234 Also the calendar icons in blue that don’t work when you’re trying to work out just what format is needed this time. Session timed out before I had completed entry. Why is the license card number needed - mine is illegible and unreadable without magnification I clicked on electrical and gas - no sign of gas billing information

I’m already with Alita energy. I have been for a number of years at jury Street in Creswick . There was a lot of noise in the background and a little bit difficult to hear otherwise I’ve got through it all with help from the stuff I feel it’s micromanaged and a little rushed at times.
