Really nice the hotel was in a lovely location and very clean loved our room. Food good enjoyed every meal. Didnt use the entertainment room a bit small but went in the lounge which was good. Some nice places near by overall i would recomend this hotel and the tours with it

Hotel good, Staff were brilliant, food a little disappointing. Bedroom clean and tidy, although the bathroom was really small. Looking forward to our next Alfa holiday in September.

I booked a holiday on12th June on what this Company calls Super Saver.Holiday was booked for 26th July.Then yesterday I got phone call telling me they've had to Cancel as Hotel was being refurbished. Super Saver was suppose to be a choice of 5 different hotels.How is it ok for them to Cancel our holiday at such short notice.They did offer us a different date but due to Family Commitments wasn't an option as that was the only week we could go.We have travelled quite a few times with this Company and had no problems.To say I'm soo Annoyed is an understatement and will think twice about booking with them in the future. We have been let down badly and because of short notice going to find a replacement holiday very difficult .Super Saver is Decided by Alpha on where you go in my eyes it looks like its if you go.Just be aware on anyone booking Super Savers in the Future as it seems no matter how in advance you book and pay other people who pay bit more get first Priority.

Met a lot of nice people and thoroughly enjoyed it

From pick up to return home everything was perfect!!! Feeder coach was exactly on time, at the interchange we were told that our bags would be transferred on to main coach and given the time the coach would leave. Both drivers were brilliant especially our main driver, Kevan, he was polite, friendly, helpful, had a great sense of humour and shared lots of interesting information on the journey and on the day trips. On arrival at the hotel Kevan (and hotel staff) made check in so easy, our bags were taken up to our room for us and we were given times of evening meals and breakfast. Our room was excellent and during our stay we were impressed by the staff who were so friendly and welcoming. Many of the staff were “young” people but the level of professionalism they had was impressive. Nothing was too much trouble for them to assist with and they were all very polite. The day trips were well organised and again on the journeys Kevan shared lots of interesting stories/information about the local areas. On the day before we left to return home we were given the times for when to leave our luggage outside our room for transfer to coach, the time of breakfast and the time that we would be leaving. The hotel manager came out to thank everyone and to wish us a safe journey. We would ABSOLUTELY recommend Alpha Travel and Leisureplex Hotels.

The pick up, transfers at the Interchange and drop off were very efficient. Our driver to Torquay, Kevan, was excellent. He was informative, had good local knowledge and was very pleasant. The hotel was really good - room comfort, cleanliness, food, entertainment and staff. Couldn’t fault it.

We were a party of six and each of us had a fantastic holiday! Booking was easy. The coach was very comfortable, driver(Bill) brilliant and interchange was smooth and very well organised. Hotel (Seabank @ Porthcawl) was clean, staff brilliant, fantastic selection of food and meals were gorgeous. Entertainment each evening couldn't be faulted. Trip to Royal Mint and Mine were really good. Day trip to Cardiff with tour guide was very good. Only downside - we had to come home and back to reality. Definitely recommend and looking forward to next holiday with you.

The only thing I would suggest is that on excursions instead of visiting two places for a couple hours visit one place for longer. Giving time to look around without rushing and thinking about getting back to the bus

Our room was clean and tidy with a sea view from the side which was a bonus. The food was good and everybody was friendly and helpful when needed. Would certainly stay at another hotel that did self-drive

All staff were very helpful and accommodating hotel in a great position superior room was amazing

The Hotel was in a very good position. Helpful staff. The meal's very satisfactory and plenty. Excursions were spot on. Brilliant driver, who went way above and beyond our expectations...

We had an excellent coach driver. The hotel was very well sited, the food was very good. The only hitch was that our room was set up for single occupancy and rather small and with only one set of towels! The manager failed to supply an additional set and we had to repeat another set of towels later in the day.

We had a brilliant holiday in Weston-super-Mare, the hotel was nice and it was clean, the food was good with plenty of choice. Our waiteres was lovley and couldn't do enough for us. Our driver was amazing, very informative, pleasant and friendly. He was really good and professional when a member of our party had an accident and was taken to hospital. The only thing we were disappointed with was the trip on the flying Scotsmen. This cost £60pp and we were just taken to Minehead, then had to come back by a diesel engine. We all understood that it would be the flying Scotsmen both ways.

Hotel was fine and good value

Well organised trip Craig the driver was excellent hotel was a bit dated and the food was poor mostly overcooked and tasteless and had been standing a long time.
