Hotel,staff,Coach driver Kevin and ladies on coach who said I needed looking after

Everything ok

We travelled from Whitley Bay to South Wales 356 miles in an old clapped out uncomfortable Coach with made the journey very uncomfortable

The Melrose hotel was in a lovely location, the entertainment was good, we had a great coach driver who was very helpful and informative and took us to great locations, Edinburgh and Rosalyn Chapel both are well worth a look. The only thing that let the hotel down was there wasn’t enough staff in the dining room when the hotel was full.

Firstly good value for money.Hotel excellent. Food really good All staff amazing and nothing was too much trouble.My only slight fault is at the interchange I found this a bit stressful as was6 sure when my coach was ready.Maybe they could use a megaphone as it was difficult to hear.This will not put us off travelling with you again we will know what to expect and stay at the front.

Had a absolutely brilliant holiday at the selbourne hotel in Dunoon great food ,room with view over clyde amazing,Staff great from waiter to bar staff.But most of all our driver Dave was brilliant what he doesn't know about the area not worth knowing he was very informative.from start to finish a really good holiday not seen the last of us 10/10 .

5 day trip to Ilfracombe. Feeder system was ok going but always fails on return as some coaches are late back. Imperial hotel is ok good food excellent staff . Entertainment is ok. Bedrooms a little dated and lots of creaky floorboards. Trips were ok . Ilfracombe itself away from Harbour and tunnel beaches is very very tired lots of empty shops .

It's the first time lve booked with alfa The driver Lee was the best nothing was to much for him he was so funny and made everyone feel comfortable

A very good holiday with a comfortable hotel, good food, nice driver and interesting visits

The hotel was lovely. Double superior room was beautiful. Very spacious and clean. Food was good. Basic but done well. Not enough choice on draught in the bar. Day trips was OK. Could be a lot better. Maybe a full day somewhere instead of 2 x 2 hours in places. Driver was miserable. Very unpleasant, ignorant and didn't really interact with the guests.

Driver David was good fun and helpful although he did not stay at the same hotel, we could reach him if needed by mobile. The Regina Hotel was clean and tidy and had great entertainment each evening. Our room was nice, we had paid extra for a view and we had a great view over the marina. Our bathroom had a bath and shower over. The staff were friendly and helpful, although meal times were rushed. We had our 3 course evening meal within half an hour. The waitress was asking if you wanted a bread roll before we had even sat down. We were half an hour late one evening because I wasn't feeling too well and were told we may have to wait as the second sitting were now priority. We were unaware that a 6pm meal time meant just that not "from 6pm" other guests were told to wait after turning up early so it's just something to be aware of. The food was lovely and we ate it all, never had to complain or send anything back. The day trips out were good and time allowing we even got taken to extra places at no extra cost. Overall we really enjoyed our holiday and would book with Alfa again.

Pick up, transfers and travel 1st. Cass, knowledgeable driver on local areas of destination. Hotel well maintained, clean and in good order, staff throughout the hotel very pleasant and willing to help. Room excellent with large walk in shower. Previously holidays with Alpha and holidays booked in the future.

The hotel was great staff food and Room very good.The main coach it’s self run by Blands with driver Wayne very good.However the beginning of The start of the journey was not good the 6.30 Start and arriving at 10.30am in south Mimms was horrendous With no updates from the driver . Needs a bit more thought looking into it

Great Value for money both the feeder driver and our main driver Tony were helpful and kept the passengers informed. Hotel was in a good location to the beach and town centre. Hotel Staff friendly and well organised and food was a good standard with a good choice of meals to choose from. The drinks in the bar were fairly well priced and the nightly entertainment was good. I thought that Jonny Morse was very good the 60s 70s singer guitarist.

First time on coach holiday and enjoyed it. Can be a bit tiring with tours on consecutive days especially as temp was 25degrees!! Hotel and staff are well organised and very friendly. Driver Tommy was great with his little anecdotes. Looking forward to booking another one now.

Wonderful break , comfortable coach and drivers , well looked after at hotel clean and meals lovely also staff , a bit disappointed we didn’t get a stop at Gretna outlet as always a popular stop for many . Would I recommend Alfa travel absolutely.

well organized travel,friendly driver,nice hotel and a clean room.Good food and nice trips,entertainment most nights.Second holiday with Alfa and would use again.
