I have received part of my order. Unfortunately, what I received was the wrong electrodes for my Defibtech AED. AED.US has worked with my on the return so that is in progress. I continue to wait for the rest of my order, replacement electrodes for the Phillips HeartStart AED at my church which appears to be on back-order... no communication on the status of that item.

Quick turnaround. From time we ordered to the time we received the pads was relatively quick, so we were not without our AED for a long period of time.
