I bought the Mystery AED and it arrived quickly. As I suspected this is an older model. I ran the diagnostic tests and it all passes. I gave 4 stars because the pads only have 2yrs and 2 months left and the battery has 3yrs 2 months. The unit appears to be fully functional and does have signs of wear. But what do you expect for only $395? And looks don't save lives, actions do and the unit I got should be able to perform when needed.

Purchased replacement pads and batteries for our AED at church, ordering was simple and delivery was quick. I know who I will deal with going forward.

Well honestly I’ve never had such a hard time getting a company to do the right thing. Nobody within the various departments communicates. They send short data products and charge full price, then bill me for items already paid for. For 2 simple orders I had a good 5-10 emails and calls. I’m Done. No more orders EVER!

Being my first time to replace pads on an AED, I did not turn off the power before putting the new pads in and the new pads were rejected. I responded with a bad review, but later tried again by removing the battery and putting it back in. It worked and accepted the new pads. Coro Medical had already responded to the bad review wanting to help. I removed my bad review and am now giving an excellent one because they are obviously a great company that is very responsive.

Website is easy to navigate, and I quickly found what we needed. It would be helpful to get an email reminder before items expire or require replacement for our AED.
