We purchased a new AED battery and the battery has an expired expiration date. Order #: AUS119550
The gear was supposed to be in stock when I ordered. Atter the order was placed I got email saying it was backordered with no info on when it would ship. We needed the replacement pads and battery but no info about the timing. After the second email with notice of backorder, I sent a second email to customer service and they replied. The order took almost two months to be fulfilled. Other than that, service was fine. Just not fast.

One of our local emergency experts insisted that I purchase Duracell 123 batteries with a blue line on the battery for our AED. He sent me the link to your company. This is the third set of 123's that I have purchased (I have only placed one order with your company, though) and none of them has the blue line. I would appreciate if someone would contact me to let me know if the 123's with blue lines are even available to buy anymore. If they are not available anymore, it would be helpful if you stopped advertising them with the blue line (the picture I ordered from showed a set of Duracell 123's with the blue line). If they are available, I would appreciate getting the Duracell 123's with the blue line. The regular Duracell 123's arrived in a timely manner and your website ease of use was fairly straightforward.
