Everything cam as ordered in an acceptable time. The only problem is that the Battery i ordered and paid for is good for 5 years and it arrived over 1 year old leaving me only 4 years. I feel the price should have reflected the age.

I sent an email to request a copy of the companies W9 and received it within an hour. I also submitted tax exemption certificates with my order and received notice of acceptance the same day of and a refund of sales tax paid.
