The order process was easy except I uploaded my Tax Exemption Form and was still charged tax.

My FD needed a battery for an AED. I found this online and took a chance on the order. The battery was a factory original. Came in about 5 days, was expecting quicker but worked fine.

I have ordered over 20 AED’s from AED.us, the staff are always super friendly, and easy to work with. Tommy the owner is involved and makes sure we always have what we need. We even recently had a Cardiac Arrest save with an AED we purchased from them!

You sold us something before we knew it was on backorder and ask for a review before the product arrives, all the while adding to the inbox with lots of email.

I did not expect the prompt service due to Hurricane Helene.

I have been teaching CPR/ AED through Am Heart for 15 years and as a resultI bought some of my own equipment. Ive purchased less expensive AED's and all they do is embarrass me when they decide not to actually show learners how an AED works and sounds. And many of the facilities that we teach at have HeartStart AED" so I like teaching with the monitor that they will be using if they have to do CPR.

Product was received timely and the responsiveness to my discount issue was excellent.

Our representative Leigh Lynch was very helpful. We would have given a 5 but there is a delay in product delivery occurring right now. Sent an email for follow up regarding how much longer the delay will be but have not received an email back with an update on arrival of battery and adult pads. We are aware of the shortage from manufacturer but would like to know how much longer we need to expect.

Only company that automatically when I searched came up with a 10 battery pack for the Zoll AEDs. Why should I purchase a 12 pack and only use 10. I guess eventually I would use the rest, but better to have exactly what I will need. Easy to order and great service.
