Coro Medical (AED.US)

We ordered from your company on line July 31. I was able to track the product to Birmingham on Aug 2 and it has stopped there. We have not received the product as of yet. I have reached out 2 times to your customer service reps. Each one has sent an email to shipping to see if they could check on this. As of yet I have not received any updates on this. Todays date is Sept. 5.

They had the lowest price on the exact item we needed, shipped fast.

Delivery was on time and included everything that was expected.

After searching many sites in search of an AED to complement mu go bag, I found AED.US. Through the detailed descriptions of many AED devices, I was able to make an informed decision as to a device that met my requirements. The pricing was well within my budget. Delivery was quick and follow-up from AED.US was a welcome service.

AED.US is the one website that I go to for AEDs and supplies. They have everything that I need at reasonable prices. Beyond that, they will contact me if my order doesn’t look right, ensuring that I don’t order something that I don’t need.

Expedited order entry was difficult. There should be a way to set up expedited shipment when ordering online. I placed an order online then requested the shipping expedite but it was missed by customer service and the shipment went ground in error.

AED.US was very easy to navigate and very easy to order whatever it is you need. They were in constant contact as to when your item would arrive and it came when they said it would on time!! Will use them again when it's time to re-order.

I submitted the tax exempt form to the invoice when I checked-out but we were still charged tax.

You Charged my credit card even before they were shipped. I called they said the items were in stock and then after placing the order I rec'd a notice item out of stock. I sent a note stating how disappointed I was and then they shipped.

placed the order online and I thought it got stuck. Called and the person I spoke with was very helpful and very nice. We are a school and need the pedi pads for our AED.

We wanted to order a set of pads & battery for a unit no longer manufactured, and found the price almost triple what was paid previously. This is what happens once a product is no longer manufactured, retail pricing increases drastically. This pricing was a fairly universal price across distributors, so it was not a vendor specific pricing issue, just mentioning this to be fair. As we were pondering what we wanted to do, and somewhat later began to place the order, a coupon popped up just after we hit the order button, even less than a minute later. Now too late to apply the coupon code, we tried the chat button, and after verifying what happened, and explaining where the coupon came in from, the service representative made it possible for us to receive the coupon discount, even though the order had been placed less than a minute before we realized the coupon came in. This was excellent service recovery in progress, and it made a difference in helping to lower the increased pricing of the accessories we needed. Thank you for honoring your coupon code, even though it came in right after we hit the order button. Much appreciated customer service! Product was shipped and received in a very reasonable amount of time after placing the order. We would recommend this vendor if you want fair, fast and reliable service.
