It took two months to get a battery replacement for an AED. Thankfully we did not need it during that time. It seems those would be things you try to keep in stock.

Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving
Initial unit arrived fully operational and checked out well for 6 months. A malfunction was noted on routine check and AED.US was extremely prompt and responsive with trouble shooting, problem solving, and replacing the defective unit with zero hassle.
