Ordering the correct AED pad was easy to do online with fast shipping. I also liked the tax free attachment form as a plus.

Fast service for a very important product it actually showed up a day early. I run a program that provides wildfire mitigation services for senior citizens and disabled residents of my county. Often the clients have significant health issues which include heart conditions. I bring the AED with me into the field just in case. Better to have it and not need it, rather than the other way around.

Received the AED package. Ped pads were missing with no explanation as to why. Have now been told they are on backorder. Received many emails about registering which we thought we had done, tried again several times and were told no AED exists with that bar code. We have now managed to complete the registration, as far as we know. It has been a somewhat difficult and confusing process.

I originally thought it was the battery that went bad, but I am glad I called the company instead of just ordering another one online. Customer service @ AED.US identified the real problem: it was the AED pads that were expiring and triggering the constant warning sounds! Battery is still good! So I ordered the replacement pads, which arrived VERY quickly, and everything is good again!

Price was good, shipment was prompt and the product arrived in great shape. Could not ask for better.

My order wasn't delivered overnight like Amazon doesn't do anymore either but it was within a week. Very good service!
