Amazing Customer Support
I had to order replacement pads for the senior center I work at and had a little trouble with our tax exemption certificate. Robin helped me quickly and was able to get it all sorted out in less than an hour. Ordered the pads on a Friday and received them on Monday. Amazing customer support and quick shipping. Highly recommend.

The mis delivery was by Fedex
The shipment was by Fedex. I was not delivered to the destination address. I was unable to locate it based on their description of the delivery location. The merchant is not trying to resolve the problem with me since they have their money and my volunteer fire department does not have its replacement AED pads. 5-3-2025 After posting this review, the merchant contacted me and better informed me of the incorrect location where they had delivered the pad. I went to that street and located the pad. In my revised opinion the merchant is reputable and provides a good product. Their delivery organization was the fault in this operation.

Quick and easy and complete
I placed an order for my AED trainer package and received a prompt reply when placed and continued communication until the arrival of AED trainer package. The package arrived quickly and securely, just as I was notified it would. I checked the package and all was perfect.
