The staff at the Acorn Rainham branch…

The staff at the Acorn Rainham branch are a credit to the sector, from our initial talks with Kieran through to Mark and Remmi when completing. They all went above and beyond to make sure we was fully satisfied and always kept us updated. In this process we had dealt with several estate agents and by far Acorn Rainham were the best. If we were to need an estate agent again. Acorn Rainham would be our top choice and would highly recommend them. Well done Mark, Kieran and Remmi Thankyou so much Lee & Alice

I have dealt with multiple estate agents in the past, and I found the staff at Acorn Rainham branch exceptional. Mark and Kieran were professional as well as very friendly and easy to get on with. Whiteberry Estate Services Ltd - Independent accountants

As an independent accountant, I have been working with the finance team at Acorn Estate Management for nearly ten years. During all of that time, I have found them to be friendly, polite and professional. My main contact has been Emma Barton-Lee and I must commend her on her positivity, dedication and perhaps above all, on her ability to get things done. Great support throughout

No care for there customers

They don’t care if you are trying to find a place, will book you in for viewings not contact you and not show up. Kept saying benson will call me back witch he never did then they booked me for another appointment the next week for the same place to and called me on the day of the viewing to say the propertied been letted out now with no solution or alternatives to the problem they caused by constantly delaying me like it didn’t matter I didn’t care to ask about the other places I had seen advertised after how I felt they were on the phone and the service I was getting. In response to your reply I was contacted after my review 2 days ago only to be told more stuff that you didn’t do.

ACORN BELVEDERE & ELTHAM

I cannot find enough words to praise the team at Acorn Estate Agents enough. Both Joe Buckle at the Belvedere branch and the progressor Dominic Lloyd at Eltham went above and beyond for me during an incredibly difficult and challenging sale. It's rare to find estate agents that are this conscientious, dogged and caring. I simply could not recommend them enough. Thank you!

Strood Office

We previously had negative experience with another agent and lost time trying to sell the house through them. As soon as we realized that the sale was going nowhere we change the agent to Acorn (Strood) who remarketed the house for us. From the moment Acorn representative Scott visited us and took the pictures the whole process right to the exchange and completion was absolutely pain and stress free. We personally have delt with Jon and Jamie who are not only professional, friendly and just pleasant guys to deal with, but are also very handsome 😁😁( hello Jon and Jamie and thanks for everything you have done!!). If we were to sell the house again there would be no other option to choose from - we would go with Acorn again! Once again we want to thank Acorn and everyone in the company for their hard work and whish them all the very best in their personal life and the business. Thank you! Karina and Natasha.

Acorn (Eltham) - pointless

I found Acorn (Eltham) extraordinarily poor as rental agents. I would never use them again or recommend them. Beware. Like most rental agencies they use their best personnel to offer a great service until you sign then give you someone else who does the bare minimum while taking your money. But Acorn were even worse than any I've tried so far. My tenants said the same. They just didn't bother to get back to them.They added no value. Just took my money. When they did get involved I (at best) had to unpick and re-do what they did eg find a contractor that did know what they were talking about & was vaguely costs reasonable as Acorn sure as heck weren't sending one. (PS the only exception to this rule I've experienced have been Julian Reid Stoke Newington who are the opposite - full of hard work and actual integrity all the way through. Sadly they only do local to SN).

I contacted Acorn to value my property for rental

I contacted Acorn to value my property for rental. I found Andzelika open, honest and approachable. Any questions I have had, throughout the rental process especially as being a new landlord. The rest of the team at Rainham Branch and head office have also been helpful throughout the process. Definitely would recommend.

Dreadful, ineffective opportunists

Absolutely dreadful, ineffective and downright deceitful estate agents. I used them to sell a property a few years ago and they failed to deliver on every single promise they made. Lots of big talk about having close relationships with buyers, knowing buyers personally etc etc, but it all proved to be lies. The eventual transaction with one of these so called ‘friendly’ buyers dragged on and on which cost me a fortune in ongoing bills, council tax, management charges etc and although the individuals handing the sale were understanding, constantly apologising and agreed to address the fee, the firm themselves some two years on have now suddenly decided to take me to court for the balance of the fee they agreed to reduce. Bring it on I say, I can’t wait for the opportunity to demonstrate to the court what outright crooks these people are ! I clearly (and fortunately in writing) instructed them to discontinue my sale unless the fee was reduced but now, after almost two years of silence they suddenly issue proceedings - smells to me of a business in serious financial trouble and desperately searching for ways to bring in some cash. With so very many estate agents to chose from in the area, Acorn are in my opinion certainly one to be avoided as they will promise big, deliver little, take little or no responsibility for their ineptitude whilst charging very top end fees. There are far better and MUCH less expensive agents to use, I chose Acorn because of all the big talk but as the saying goes ‘the proof of the pudding is in the eating’ and trusting Acorn with a transaction is likely to leave you with a very bad taste indeed, so save yourself the trouble and use someone else instead
