The staff at the Acorn Rainham branch are a credit to the sector, from our initial talks with Kieran through to Mark and Remmi when completing. They all went above and beyond to make sure we was fully satisfied and always kept us updated.
In this process we had dealt with several estate agents and by far Acorn Rainham were the best.
If we were to need an estate agent again. Acorn Rainham would be our top choice and would highly recommend them.

I have dealt with multiple estate agents in the past, and I found the staff at Acorn Rainham branch exceptional. Mark and Kieran were professional as well as very friendly and easy to get on with. They kept me informed the whole time, which other agents have not.

Generally fine, but painfully slow at releasing deposit.
Generally fine, however our erstwhile landlords approved the condition that we left the flat in nearly 6 weeks ago. We are still waiting for Acorn to release our deposit.
It has been waiting for a manager's sign-off for over two weeks.
We had a bit of a bumpy start to our tenancy as the property was incorrectly advertised as furnished. Our hopes were low for reaching any sort of resolution, but Andrew Roberts is a credit to Acorn – he looked into the issue thoroughly and fairly. Ideally problems like this wouldn't happen in the first place but when they do a decent process for firefighting is the next best thing.
Bad service, cancel appointments late. Then rebook and turn up 30 minutes late. I'd rather give my property sale to a company that can organise themselves
Superb service from the Sidcup Team. We are especially grateful to Kelly, Mark and Georgia. Mark in particular kept us regilarly informed and assisted immensely in ensuring the sale reached a satisfactory conclusion. We will shortly be moving into our new rented property, which has been organised through Blake. We have used many of the big agents in the past, and this has been our most positive experience by far - after seeing the flat on Rightmove, Blake arranged a viewing for us within a few hours and by the next day had secured the flat for us. He has been extremely responsive whenever we have had questions, and generally everything has progressed very smoothly and quickly. We've also dealt with Sian who has also been very professional. From a tenants perspective I highly recommend.
Absolutely awful experience from start to finish from Acorn in Eltham & the property management team in Ladywell. I won’t call them out personally but the customer service was nil. They were re-active rather than pro-active through the whole process with us having to chase for answers constantly and getting nothing back. They had our holding deposit for over a month. 4 weeks passed since offer was accepted, various delays from the landlord with acorn not pushing to get answers. Provided a tenancy agreement after 2 weeks of hearing nothing then cancelled the agreement immediately and didn’t have the decency to tell us why and we were left wondering what the hell was going on! 5 days left before we were due to move in and still no contract. Deadline for agreement date has now passed so we have withdrawn. DO NOT USE this estate agents. They take your money and leave you to fend for yourself. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. This is meant to be an enjoyable experience but this was the complete opposite. Do not put yourselves through the torturous experiences and service they provide.
After loosing a flat we loved, Adam showed us a place that wasn’t even on the market yet. He had got to know exactly what we were looking for and this place was perfect for us. We have now moved in and couldn’t be happier! A massive thank you to Adam from the Forest Hill office for helping us out!
My experience with Shirin was amazing. This is my first time renting so of course I had plenty questions and needed everything explained in Laymen's terms. Acorn at Blackfen are wonderful! Don’t be put off by their fees, there is always room for negotiation, but bear in mind, you do get what you pay for and I think Acorn are worth every penny.
From the moment we were introduced, and we discussed the terms and conditions, I went away and compared them to other local estate agents who we had around. Despite coming out as the dearest in commission, I felt a confidence with Kevin (our sales rep) that he meant every word he said and I trusted him to sell our house.
Once signed up, Kevin and the team worked together. Kevin was always calling to keep me updated with house viewings, progress etc. If I called Kevin and he wasn’t available one of his team (namely Poppy) would be available to chat. Likewise, when it came to viewings, if Kevin wasn’t able to make the date/time arranged, Poppy would step in. There was even an occasion when the receptionist Tegan stepped in to drop off some keys as Kevin and Poppy were unavailable. Great teamwork!
When it came to exchange and completion Kevin was always in contact with our solicitor and also kept us in the loop at all times. If there were any questions that needed answering from our buyers, Kevin would immediately inform us, so that we could get these answered straight away to avoid any hold ups.
I would happily (and do) recommend Acorn! 10/10!
The worst agents ever. They are unorganised and once they take your money they don’t care . Will never use them again. Their head office was extremely rude did not help in a situation that was completely their fault. Will not use them or recommend them to anyone.
