We previously had negative experience with another agent and lost time trying to sell the house through them. As soon as we realized that the sale was going nowhere we change the agent to Acorn (Strood) who remarketed the house for us. From the moment Acorn representative Scott visited us and took the pictures the whole process right to the exchange and completion was absolutely pain and stress free. We personally have delt with Jon and Jamie who are not only professional, friendly and just pleasant guys to deal with, but are also very handsome 😁😁( hello Jon and Jamie and thanks for everything you have done!!). If we were to sell the house again there would be no other option to choose from - we would go with Acorn again!
