I'm doing a gas engineer course with access training academy. I just want to give 5 stars to my teacher Steve-brilliant explanation, lots of fun during the webinars and very interesting stories...from real life experience! Thanks Steve for making this process affordable! Great job!

I’m doing my gas training with Access Training and it’s been great so far. My tutor, Steve, is brilliant – really knows his stuff and explains things in a way that actually makes sense. He’s patient and always happy to help if you’re stuck.

My gas tutor is very helpful as he breaks his lesson down so me and the other students understand better

Just went through the practical assessment on the core electrical module and i was expecting it to be a pain , but i was wrong . Mr. Mark Woodford , made the assessment relaxed and easy to get through. He created a confortable atmosphere were everyone felt confident, and his knowledge realy showed as he kept things clear and straight to the point .

Excellent training with plumbing modules on line with Paul Kelly, followed by mt practical training and assessment with keith roberts, bot gents helped me on my journey and where very knowledgeable about all plumbing aspects and went above and beyond just educating us. Finally Nick Scully has been great help with making me a brilliant cv and helping me progress my career in the plumbing industry. Big thank u to all at Access training.

Great training from Simon, easy to learn from!

Just finished the 2 week gas practical in the Manchester centre, really happy with the way it went, learnt a lot, left feeling confident with the practical side of things ready for the assessment week, Simon was really knowledgeable being ex British Gas, knows his stuff, would recommend!

Massive thank you to Simon for hosting the practical training, he delivered it perfectly covering everything and taking the time to really make sure I understood everything properly! I'm now able to go on with the assessments feeling confident with what I'm doing.

Paul is an informative and friendly expert. He provided us with great detail in instruction on the plumbing course.

I took out a payment plan with premium credit to fund the basic electrics course. I never missed a single payment and always kept up with my obligations. Out of the blue, the lender cancelled my credit agreement with no notice or explanation. As a result, Access suspended my access to the course/online portal. I completed my final exams on the 12th of June and I still don’t have any certificates to show for it, they are very slow in this regard and you have to chase them. This has left my education and career plans in limbo. The course itself is decent, but the facilities and admin are lacking. I completed my training in Manchester and the tutor was great but the facility was dated, lots of things were broken and it was far from the state of the art learning environment you’d hope for. I am now in the process of making a formal complaint. I would strongly urge anyone considering using this lender or training provider to be aware of my experience.

I just finished S and Y plan writing, basic plumbing skills with Andy Sibley. Thanks to his way of teaching, I smashed it in no time. I really enjoyed it.

My experience of practical training (electrics) at Southampton training centre was great. All thanks to Mark Woodford,his immense knowledge and way of delivering the training made it all look like a walk in the park. Thank you Mark.

If there was the option with no stars I would choose that. It took 3 emails to get the information that I've asked for from the first time, no explanation given and everytime I've asked about how much they can refund they came back with more questions. No care for students, they have huge delays in booking assessments so be careful because 3 years is not enough with them to finish a course and if you need a refund from them is almost impossible. The teachers on the practical assessment is the only good thing from them, but the management lacks of any management. They sell thousands of courses but only have room for few students .

Just completed my gas course and passed my ACS. Big up Stuart at Edenbridge for all the practical guidance both in and out of college. Top tutor best one I’ve ever had.

Great experience with access I signed up for the professional plumbing and gas course after I did my plumbing with Paul Kelly! A great tutor! From the webinar classes to the supportive practical training. Paul has given me the skills and confidence to open my own plumbing company and now self employed with plenty of work! I've just done the 10 days of practical training and the assessment in Southampton on the electrics course. There was a lot to cover on the subject that focused on testing. Mark Woodford ran both and made the whole experience enjoyable. He helped ensure an understanding of any aspects that might be a little harder to grasp initially, by patiently explaining the subject - (sometimes a few times!). He has given me confidence and inspiration to learn more! Thanks Mark.
