Credit Agreement Cancelled Without Explanation – Training Suspended
I took out a payment plan with premium credit to fund the basic electrics course. I never missed a single payment and always kept up with my obligations. Out of the blue, the lender cancelled my credit agreement with no notice or explanation. As a result, Access suspended my access to the course/online portal. I completed my final exams on the 12th of June and I still don’t have any certificates to show for it, they are very slow in this regard and you have to chase them. This has left my education and career plans in limbo. The course itself is decent, but the facilities and admin are lacking. I completed my training in Manchester and the tutor was great but the facility was dated, lots of things were broken and it was far from the state of the art learning environment you’d hope for. I am now in the process of making a formal complaint. I would strongly urge anyone considering using this lender or training provider to be aware of my experience.
