If there was the option with no stars I would choose that. It took 3 emails to get the information that I've asked for from the first time, no explanation given and everytime I've asked about how much they can refund they came back with more questions. No care for students, they have huge delays in booking assessments so be careful because 3 years is not enough with them to finish a course and if you need a refund from them is almost impossible. The teachers on the practical assessment is the only good thing from them, but the management lacks of any management. They sell thousands of courses but only have room for few students .
