Accessories Warehouse Reviews

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS "RETAILER" preorderd a PS5 from this "retailer" promised on several occasions "you'll be in the next batch order" but nothing some 6 months later still nothing was given excuses of "chip shortages" and yet another retailer managed to secure me and deliver me a PS5 in just two weeks, I have asked for my money back and was promised it back in 10 working days again nothing more than an empty promise from this "retailer" I have now contacted my bank and they are working on getting my money back via chargeback, take my advice don't order from this joke of a "retailer" whatever you do!

No help. They don’t care about you as a customer.

Fantastic service! Incredibly reliable I would recommend to anyone

Having sent several texts for information about a phone and getting the answers i wanted very promptly....I placed the order and asked one last question about delivery and was told 7 to 14 days totally understand because of all the logistical problems at present. So i sent a thank you text for all the help and explained it was a matter of urgency and would really appreciate it if anything could be done to get it to me earlier imagine my surprise to get a message from Royal Mail this evening saying delivery will be between 8am and 11am tomorrow morning.... You've saved the day believe me brilliant customer service im a retail manager and understand the current difficulties so bravo !!!

One month after I asked for a refund for an Xbox Series X which never arrived, I am still waiting for my money. Like some others who've reviewed this company, I've been told about issues with merchant banks and received an email from someone who says he is the company director, but no refund. The latest email from them suggests I should attempt to get the money from my bank. They almost always respond to emails and are very polite and apologetic, but that's not the same as getting my money back. I appreciate that others have had no problems but I'm very disappointed.

Ordered PS5 but due to global chip shortage I cancelled order months later. The AW team were in regular contact with updates, sending news articles and other documentation to prove their situation and couldn't have apologised enough or done anymore. The customer service was incredible and super fast. I really wanted to give them my business as they had been so great with me but when I eventually asked for a refund it was processed immediately and they couldn't have been nicer about it. I feel sorry for the impact this shortage has had on their business as it is not deserved and neither are the negative reviews here. I will definately be using them again.

DO NOT AND I REPEAT DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY OR BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY SAY. I ORDERED A PS5 ON 27/03/21 AND PAID IN FULL AND WAS ADVISED AS SOON AS CAME IN STOCK I WOULD RECEIVE IT. BY AUGUST 2021 I STILL HADN’T GOT IT SO AFTER MANY RMAILS I ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND WHICH I WAS TOLD COULD TAKE UP TO 7 DAYS ON 17/08/21. THE REFUND WAS SUPPOSED TO BE PAID AS THEY INFORMED ON 24/08/21 BUT WASN’T, THEY THEN SAID WAIT A COUPLE MORE DAYS WHICH I DID BUT THEN I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING THEY WERE ON ANNUAL LEAVE, THEN ANOTHER ONE SAYING REFUNDS MADE ON 24/08 AND 25/08 HAD GONE “MISSING”. ITS NOW 1st OCTOBER AND I AM NOW BEING IGNORED AND STILL OUT OF POCKET. ALL INWANT IS MY MONEY BACK AND THAT IS NOT TOO MUCH TO ASK SURELY… AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

I am satisfied with the item

They are good company

Very happy with my purchase, quickly despatched and a great price. No complaints from me, many thanks

Accessories Warehouse has a terrific team. I received top notch customer service, consistent communication regarding my order, and a sense of professionalism that I wish all companies would deliver.

Preordered a PS5 and although the console never arrived there was regular and prompt communication informing of the delays and the reason for the delay (which was out of their control) and when I eventually asked for a refund it was quickly done. Despite lack of PS5 excellent customer service and communication

Pre Ordered 2 ps5 console was informed that the suppliers had promised them for end of the month to no avail after waiting for a while I cancelled. refund was forthcoming and placed into my account within 2 weeks had updates though out .very helpful staff and hope to do business with them in the near future

No acknowledgement of order received and no e-mails to say there was going to be a delay to the stated delivery date. None answers phone or responds to messages left to voicemail. Not impressed at all.

Repeated requests for a refund have fallen on deaf ears. Company have ignored 2 x voicemails I would never order from this company again.

DON'T buy in this shop!!! The worst shopping experience ever, still waiting for my phone bought 1 month ago and no answer from them, no refund received and no way to contact them

My refund was confirmed by accessories Warehouse on the 24th august after waiting 3 months for my pre-ordered item. Today is the 14th September and still no refund. Still saying they don’t understand why! I have never experienced anything like this from any other legitimate company in my life! If you want to order anything from here I recommend buying it from anywhere else because you will never see your item or your money back!

Tried to order a ps5 from them, after patiently waiting months I cancelled my order and asked for a refund, its now been a month. EDIT have now received the refund, will say they were fast to get back to me. Thanks

bought a phone 5 weeks ago asked question is it UK stock and not an American reject with a load of malware junk you cant delete , guess what when it arrived American AT&T phone sent it back as pristine condition and 5 weeks later still waiting for a refund, apparently they have to wait fior there BAD supplier for sending wrong phone before they can refund me , maybe they should have asked there supplier if it was rejected stock from america before they purchased them , so still £300 out of pocket. ta hooper if you care

Same as Claire 👇🏻 Was told last Wednesday via email that I would get refund this time next week, this in now Friday and still no refund
