Best customer service I've ever had!!
Ordered PS5 but due to global chip shortage I cancelled order months later. The AW team were in regular contact with updates, sending news articles and other documentation to prove their situation and couldn't have apologised enough or done anymore. The customer service was incredible and super fast. I really wanted to give them my business as they had been so great with me but when I eventually asked for a refund it was processed immediately and they couldn't have been nicer about it. I feel sorry for the impact this shortage has had on their business as it is not deserved and neither are the negative reviews here. I will definately be using them again.
