The website was easy to use and I found what I wanted easily. The item was delivered quite fast and is in perfect condition, will definitely buy from them again.

There was an initial delay in getting a response From the company with an update on my order although someone finally got in contact to say that the items I had ordered were not in stock and as a result of not having the items I ordered in stock, they provided me with a better replacement so order was satisfactorily completed
I ordered an x box series x in February 2021, paid in full. I then cancelled the order in June as I managed to buy elsewhere. After several emails back and forth still no refund! we are now in December! My experience of this company is shocking.
Respect these guys a lot, for such a small team they’ve worked hard and exceeded expectations, communication has been excellent too, will definitely come back one day!

I was hesitant about ordering a quite expensive item online, and I was concerned when it didn't arrive within a couple of days, because it was a birthday present for my wife.. I emailed Accessories Warehouse and they replied in 10 minutes, that I had not read the note that said this was a drop shipped item, and delivery could take up to 14 working days. It did arrive within that timescale, very securely wrapped and in its original unopened packaging.I am very pleased with the product and the prompt response to my query. I would not hesitate to use them again.
Very honest and communicative retailer. I ordered my console from them back in January, it was due to come in April but it got delayed twice until June because of low stock supply. They were very forthcoming with me about the situation though and kept me up to date on when my console would be expected to arrive. It arrived on time and packaged in good condition. Would definitely recommend ordering Accessories warehouse if your willing to be patient with them.

Ordered spiderman miles morales from these guys and it arrived in two days, excellent service. I also ordered a ps5 with them back in January. They found it difficult to obtain stock due to the ridiculously high demand and stock shortages. I was kept informed along every step of the way. I was then able to obtain a ps5 from elsewhere and they were happy to issue a refund to me, which I have now received. Couldn't be happier ☺
The site had an issue with eBay but dealing with the store directly has been very good and the staff have been very informative and efficient as well as being very quick to respond to emails. Fantastic service!

These guys are great I did try and order a Ps5 from them earlier this year but Sony again and again keep letting us all down so eventually I gave up and wanted an Xbox. So I asked if I could cancel my Ps5 order with these guys because I got tired of waiting. They gave me a full refund like I asked plus they kept me updated through out the whole Ps5 order these guys are not scammer and they do try there hardest for customers just have a little time for them. I’d defiantly recommend and I would order of them sometime in the future 👌🏻
