Still waiting for my refund.

One month after I asked for a refund for an Xbox Series X which never arrived, I am still waiting for my money. Like some others who've reviewed this company, I've been told about issues with merchant banks and received an email from someone who says he is the company director, but no refund. The latest email from them suggests I should attempt to get the money from my bank. They almost always respond to emails and are very polite and apologetic, but that's not the same as getting my money back. I appreciate that others have had no problems but I'm very disappointed.
