The worst operator I've ever used.

The worst operator I've ever used. The internet is absolutely unstable. The speed is 0.2mb/s and this is 4g coverage? According to diagnostics, it feels like they're "scattering" it across different servers, like some kind of parasite. Ping is crazy. +- normal internet only at night. I don't recommend it

False Advertising Buyer Beware.

False Advertising Buyer Beware. You have to purchase a plan by contract before you get your free month and then you have very little data as they say it's a FAIR USAGE POLICY. Absolutely A Disgrace. It Looks like a great deal but it's not. Beware.

Absolutely terrible. Indescribably useless. Data rarely ever works, and if it does, it’s 3g. There is no roaming despite what they say. I’ve tried everything and even got in contact with 48 to fix the issue and still nothing works. On top of that, you are not able to call non Irish numbers. UK, Spain, America etc. Complete joke. I don’t understand how something can be so useless. I am not usually the type to leave reviews and complain about things, but holy god 48 is terrible. The price is good, but the quality of services needs a serious overhaul.

Absolute Disgrace of a Company DO NOT TOUCH

I took the €7.99 contract out on the 8th of Jan 21 I have not been able to recieve calls from anyone on the three.ie network. 48 first said they would resolve the problem 3-5 working days and they would contact me. No contact did not resolve the problem. Contacted them again through live chat said that it was a technical issue and there technical team are investigating it and they would Co tact me in another 3-5 working days. No contact did not resolve the problem contacted them again and they are now trying to say it isn't there problem that it is three.ie's problem. I tried to tell them it is their problem as my phone is on the network and it is the network provider that manages outgoing and incoming calls that it is a routing problem with my number and 48 still persisted that it is three.ie's problem. I contact three.ie and they assured me it is 48 network that has the problem as my phone is on their network. I contact 48 again and told them this and they said the will raise the issue and look into it another 3-5 working days. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY Did resolve the issue took 6 weeks didn't want to take responsibility for the problem and still no contact. Overall very bad customer service

Excellent value for money

Excellent value for money . Who else would give us unlimited calls , texts and data just only for €7.99. In my area data speed is pretty decent as well, from 3 mbps to 20 mbps. Keep it up 48.

Just ported 4 company phones over from…

Just ported 4 company phones over from Eir Business. Saving will be over €1,200 per year. Setup and porting process all fine. Needed customer service as it was coming from a business acc but that was fine. infinitely better than Eir as their processes seem to actually work. Coverage seems OK but not travelling much now.

Most economic and efficient provider.

As if it takes... a little bit longer time to connect, but its OK. I have been experienced much "terrifying" service, paying 30e per month :) ...100GB internet and unlimited texts and calls - currently the best in price and efficiency. I use mobile mainly in "emergency" cases only, so for me is MORE THAN ENOUGH ! Sound quality is pretty good, and my phones battery last longer - which means that operator's signal is OK. Internet speed very : in central areas speed goes up to 16/17Mbps in other areas 1.5/2Mbps - well not enough to watch 4K on a big screen :), but enough to watch video stream on a 6" display. If you do not expect a "science fiction" connection :) - 48 could be the best for you. Enjoy !

Perfect service,number porting took…

Perfect service,number porting took 5minutes,direct debit set up another 2mins,done and dusted in 7mins without any issues,4g broadband speed can vary from 7 to nearly 80mbps,can stream even 4k no bother😲all calls and text included only for 7.99!!!don't know how you can do it,but you doing so well,thanks 48!
