Absolute Disgrace of a Company DO NOT TOUCH
I took the €7.99 contract out on the 8th of Jan 21 I have not been able to recieve calls from anyone on the three.ie network. 48 first said they would resolve the problem 3-5 working days and they would contact me. No contact did not resolve the problem. Contacted them again through live chat said that it was a technical issue and there technical team are investigating it and they would Co tact me in another 3-5 working days. No contact did not resolve the problem contacted them again and they are now trying to say it isn't there problem that it is three.ie's problem. I tried to tell them it is their problem as my phone is on the network and it is the network provider that manages outgoing and incoming calls that it is a routing problem with my number and 48 still persisted that it is three.ie's problem. I contact three.ie and they assured me it is 48 network that has the problem as my phone is on their network. I contact 48 again and told them this and they said the will raise the issue and look into it another 3-5 working days. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY Did resolve the issue took 6 weeks didn't want to take responsibility for the problem and still no contact. Overall very bad customer service
