Shocking. If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. I've not even used this company yet and I've already wasted hours trying to register on their portal. They only appear to have one phone number. You spend ages going through security questions to get through to an agent who then pops you back into the queue and have to go through the whole process again. Then you get a recorded message saying wait times are zero minutes. This is the 7th time I've tried to get through and I've currently been on hold for 45 minutes. Avoid !

You are a reactive and not pro active…

You are a reactive and not pro active company. There was no dedicated person for my case, It took far too long to get completed so i have had to pay the expensive monthly floating interest rate for over 2 months at 9% !!

Highly recommend this service and easy to use

Fantastic legal team and really good at communicating throughout the whole mortgage process. Thank you! I would highly recommend and virgin mortgages have also been excellent and speedy.

AVOID AT ALL CALL COSTS β€œThis is the worst company I had to deal with . Extremely inefficient my mortgage process has been extremely stressful it has cost me thousands and left me in breach of contract . Every time I called they said we will escalate internally . Their SLA is 6 to look at a simple email and they keep adding more things to the list of things required ! Really dreadful still not sorted after months chasing .

Really poor service.

Poor. Simple remortgage and transfer of equity and I'm in month 3 still not done. Have to phone every week and then something happens for two days then back to phoning again then following week. Don't update the online task tracker until you ring. Once your are through they then lie to you saying you haven't sent things or the mortgage adviser hasn't sent things despite being cc'd into the initial email and seeing the documents uploaded in the portal. Supposed to be called by a case worker within 48 hours after stating my dissatisfaction- 72 hours later no call. Only positive is you do get through pretty quickly when you phone.

Disgraceful

Disgraceful, 5 months to remortgage, costing us an extra 1000 for every month that passed. No urgency from anyone, promised the world every month with no action to match. Finally thought we were getting somewhere in month 4 when we had one case officer communicating with us, assured us they would get this over the line that month without fail, she disappears the week before our next mortgage payment is due, ignores all emails, no one will put us through to her until someone finally slips up that they have gone on maternity leave and our case has not been flagged or deemed priority. If I could go back in time and known what I do now I would have paid for our own solicitors instead of going with the default solicitors of Barclays - Optima. This ordeal has cost us thousands in unnecessary costs. One person finally took notice and got this over the line in the 5th month after an hour long phone conversation of practically begging.
