These people are fraudsters. Ignore them at all times. They will quote you and charge you and then come back with additional charges.
Extremely easy to understand and set up.. I hope this is the start of a great agreement between me and this company.

No charge for changes on my policy
It took me a few attempts to get through on the phone, but I needed to speak to someone, to answer queries. I went ahead because the premium was reasonable for the depth of policy cover.
Easy to use and clear and concise information.
Haven’t needed to use the insurance policy thankfully, however , when renewing I had to go through to customer services because of multiple emails reminding to review and renew and I needed to check there wasn’t anything else I needed to do. When I used customer services it wasn’t a uk service centre and the person I spoke to had a very similar approach to some of the poor customer services companies I’ve used in the past - ie poor understanding of why I was calling , answers from a set script and unable to grasp what I was asking. This has made me a bit worried about the customer service and support if I do need to make a claim or need help sorting something more serious out
