Overall, the training is excellent! The trainer's knowledge and expertise were above board. However, more relevant training is needed for the Google Search Ads and Google Analytics portion of this certification. I would add two more weeks just to go over more training that aligns with both required assessments. The email marketing training was spot on, so the assessment was easily understood. But I don't feel I was adequately prepared for the other required assessments without additional preparation using Google Skillshop. Studying Skillshop was not emphasized enough for assessment success; it is imperative to go through all the modules in Skillshop, which was additional 10-15 hours of study, to pass the assessments.

Very kind people and easy to follow. However, some of the features didn't work right, it was repetitive, and they don't go into alot of details. Best for intermediate digital marketing folks who have experience already.

I started using the information on day one so it was very impactful and I learned a lot. The instructor, Jennifer was very responsive and very nice. Super helpful when I needed things. Completely understood that we all have full-time jobs and how busy it is, so she was very gracious about ensuring that we completed the course.

I learned enough to pass the Salesforce Associate certification, but was highly unprepared for the Administration certification. The online portion of the course was fine... good videos, content, and explanations. The virtual sessions were unorganized and not worth the time or money. The Learner Asst was online during the sessions but didn't answer or relay questions that were posted in chat. The instructor repeatedly mentioned not being able to see stuff bc she was sharing the screen, so it seemed like the Learner Asst should have been responsible for owning the bits that the instructor didn't have access to. It took 3 classes for him to figure out how to use a timer for the breaks. The powerpoint presentations had formatting errors, which indicated that whoever put them together doesn't know how to use ppt. There were also some grammatical errors. The virtual team sessions just felt technologically clumsy and unorganized. I never understood the format of the virtual sessions; if their intent was to go over the previous week's online content or to prepare us for the upcoming week's content. The LMS took a while to get used to. It was difficult to navigate and not user friendly. I had to continually reopen pages and start from the beginning if I stopped mid-course. Very frustrating that there is no bookmark to pickup where you left off. Based on my convos with other students, we all had the same sense of confusion whether it was about an assignment, how to use LMS, or the purpose of the virtual sessions. There were a couple "guest" instructors that were excellent though, so I think the poor virtual sessions were a results of the Learner Asst and Lead Instructor.

The instructors were great and the platform was very easy to use. The step by step instruction for access made it fool proof. The only recommendation is the automated messages were not aligned with the actual guidance. Other than that, almost perfect!

This was an awesome program and the exposure to different apps and additional certifications was well worth the time and expense. The staff is awesome! Loved it.

The content of the modules was mostly great and easy to follow along, however with different digital instructors crafting their lessons seemingly async, certain things got repetitive. My main issue holding me back from 5 stars with the course is that all advertising I received for it advertised learning/needing ChatGPT PRO to complete the class. This was what got me to sign up as I was already familiar with everything ChatGPT PLUS could offer me. When I started the class, the syllabus said PLUS as opposed to PRO, as advertised. I reached out to the Ziplines moderator and he said yes, PRO was required. However we never went over, used, or were given access to ChatGPT Pro. While the class was VERY helpful and AMAZING for ChatGPT Plus, I felt very mislead about what the course was offering. All in all, I am glad I took the class, I did learn a lot of new skills I was not expecting, however I cannot get over the feeling of being misled. Edit: To address the follow-up by Ziplines below, I feel the need to copy and paste directly from the syllabus landing page to defend myself. "ChatGPT Pro will be required to complete the course. It will be provided to learners for the duration of the course." Honestly, I wasn't even that miffed by the initial situation, just felt a little misled, but the follow-up from Customer Service being that I am confused/this never happeend as opposed to checking the content sent to learners from this course is disappointing.

Great practical experience and an eye-opener!

I enjoyed this class so much! The instructors were knowledgeable, and they gave us great insight into the constantly changing landscape that is AI. I would definitely recommend this class to professionals who have been in the industry!

I learned more through the online classes than from the live classes. The live classes were sometimes bumpy and didn’t get recorded.

I really enjoyed this course! I was able to earn several helpful digital marketing certificates, and also learn some great strategies involving content creation and email marketing. All of the course teachers seemed very experienced and knowledgeable as well.

The experience was great, top-tier, staffers, very responsive and knowledgeable of the subject matter.

Professional, polished, interactive online modules coupled with two hour live zooms that were interaction heavy. Engaging instructor. Loved the course and learned a ton. Highly recommend.

You can teach yourself and struggle for free! Not worth taking.

There were issues getting access to the training tools, there needs to be more upfront help with all of the communication Slack, Ziplines, all of it.

I walked into this course with modest expectations but walked away with far more than I anticipated. The curriculum was thoughtfully designed and packed with hands-on, practical content that has already transformed how I work. The inclusion of a Pro subscription elevated the value of the course immensely—making it not just informative but a true bargain. What stood out most was the immediate applicability of the material. I now use AI daily in my professional life—including to help craft this review. The course didn’t just teach theory; it gave me tools I could implement right away. It’s rare to find a program that delivers such a strong return on investment in both knowledge and practical utility.

Excited to share that I’ve recently completed my Salesforce Admin course from Kennesaw State University! A big part of my success goes to Ziplines—an amazing platform that helped me learn Salesforce from scratch. The hands-on, real-world learning approach made it easy to grasp even the complex concepts.
