Ziplines is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate professional and quality, though some mention concerns about expensive and communication.
The online teaching model was well constructed and well taught. Having instructor videos and a workbook for each module was fantastic. It all works well and is a great resource for review of the covered materials. Keep up the good work and thank you to the instructors who were willing to share their insights!
Not worth the money. Most of the material presented is already online for free or less expensive.
I learned good suggestions for making better AI prompts. But the rest of this experience was very mediocre. Figure our your LMS. The complicated popup of Ziplines' LMS was so annoying. It's close to Canvas, but not nearly as seamless to use. You shouldn't have to make me give a lot of permissions to Ziplines to always open popup windows... And it was hard to navigate and always maximized my windows, even on my humongous monitor, and even when it was just one thin column of information. Figure out your ChatPro situation. My group didn't receive invites in time, it took a LONG time to get people up to date. Then, despite being told we'd have access for another year, but then told we'd have access for two months after the class... people lost access before the class even ended. Ultimately, we had to extend the deadline for assignments (which extended past the deadline my institution had for completion). Figure out your Slack. Mostly okay. Despite the class ending, we are still receiving auto-messages saying new sessions are coming, and how are they. Weird. Figure out the purpose of your live sessions. It was framed that live sessions were crucial to attend in person (though there were also recordings). But, then, in the sessions... we spent so much time on icebreakers, and jokes, and reading each line in the chat aloud with commentary, and tech problems. And then would barely start to get into actual AI products before each class ended. This time could have been MUCH more impactful, especially when it was TWO HOURS! SO, frustrating. The live sessions felt like a huge waste of my time. Some good content and strategies for AI prompting, and lots and lots of room for improvement.

This was an enjoyable and manageable course. There were plenty of opportunities for discussion. I found the content useful for business uses.
I enjoyed every moment of the course. The modules were very informative, interactive and easy to comprehend which made the quizzes and playbook assignments a breeze to complete. I will say that when it was time to do the certifications while still completing the necessary course work- it was a bit time consuming, however it was worth it in the end. I highly recommended the course!
The class was very thorough, used real life examples and the online classes allowed deeper conversation.
I enjoyed the live sessions on Mondays. It was interesting to see how varied the individual student skills are. It could be helpful to have a prerequisite that students have and know how to use ChatGPT to start. That way there would be less time spent on how to use the tool and more on prompting.

Nick and Tevante were really great. They presented the information well and answered everyone's questions. They were very responsive when sent questions outside of the weekly class and encouraged everyone to participate and engage with other in the class.
Overall, what made my experience great was interacting with the other students in the class and discussing how we are all using AI in various ways. The guided student interactions online were one of the highlights of the course.
This AI prompting course was outstanding. The instruction was clear, and the weekly live sessions offered great opportunities to ask questions and dive deeper. Quick responses to inquiries made the experience even better. I learned a lot and highly recommend it!

I loved the Product Management Certification Course I took through Univ of Utah (Ziplines). The instructors have real world experience and were able to provide a lot of examples that illustrated what we were learning. The material was thoughtful and immediately useful. I highly recommend this course. Our Learner Success Advocate Allie Foote was amazing at keeping us informed and helping out whenever we got stuck or had questions.
Your course is disorganized and very poorly designed. It is very superficial in depth. My certificate in LinkedIn doesn't mention UNLV, which was part of the draw to take the AI course with you, There are a million or more offers on the Internet that offer AI courses, I am very disappointed in the little to no value received. Will not recommend or endorse under any circumstance.
The leaders were great. They also incorperated up to date information about AI. It was a course that truly helped you deepen your understanding to advance your efforts in day to day life.
