It was a good course. Not sure it was worth $1500. As a HR professional who is moderately savvy with tech, the course was a breeze for me since I have been doing youtube tutorials for free. I was expecting something more advanced. However, I noticed that the majority of my cohort was older and/or novices. So I'm sure they were thrilled. Overall the instructors were great, the product is well done and well delivered. I would have been more pleased with the 201 course versus the 101.

Coursework was appropriate for the course level. Having live instruction added to the learning experience. The playbook homework allowed us to learn quickly and become proficient in prompting. I liked the playbook assignment for creating your own GPT. I wish I had more time to go deeper in that topic.

Overall, I felt that the course was very informative and very useful in learning Salesforce. I did feel like there could have been a little more time devoted to going into greater detail on that week's topic. It seemed like focus of the live sessions was more about product demonstration. However, everyone was super nice and extremely helpful and personable. I do feel like I've made some friends for life.

This course really laid out how to understand and use AI in a more efficient and organized way. I used to use AI tools about once a day. Now I'm using it for every task I can think of, to alleviate a busy schedule, and to remove mundane tasks.

I enrolled having neither having used AI nor knowing much about it, except that it seemed important. Fast forward 8 weeks and I am using it daily and have taught my team to use it. Besides writing letters, proposals, etc., we are trying to design a bio-centrifuge, track infringers, etc. with different AIs. I really appreciate the Ziplines team & U of A for creating this course and hiring terrific instructors!

My experience with the Salesforce Administration Certificate course with Zipline was very positive. I enjoyed the outline of the course and how each module was easy to access. Overall a great experience and would recommend using this platform.

Karin Wright was very encouraging and communicative. Benjamin Kepner was engaging and knowledgeable. I feel like they both helped me build my real world skills with collaborative activities in the live sessions.

Great mix of self driven learning and live engagement. Materials were easy to understand. The learning team was informative and inclusive. Projects were involved enough to undertake but not overly complicated for newer learners.

Overall, it was a great experience! The course title clearly explains what I signed up for. I enjoyed it and benefited from the hands-on applications. It really helped me understand digital marketing step by step. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to level up marketing and AI prompting.

The course is so valuable in understanding AI Prompting. The course instructors are so impressive in the depth and breadth of their knowledge and abilities to convey the material in a meaningful, interesting, and fun way.

This AI Prompt class exceeded all expectations! I gained invaluable insights and tools I never imagined. The instructor’s materials were outstanding—engaging, clear, and immediately useful. Highly recommend!

It was a great experience. The content was very useful, but some of the interactions with the different tools throughout the course seemed a bit outdated to me. For example, some of the tutorials to interact or creat accounts weren't exact. This can be confusing for someone not tech savy.

Great overview on AI Prompting.

I learned a lot. The instructors and Learning Resourse Contact were amazing…very thorough, patient and easy to follow!

I really thought the format was excellent. Lots of great information packed into a turbo 10 weeks!

They will educate you on the basics on prompting, but more importantly how to apply it on your day to day goals at work.
