The set up for the online classes was excellent - one "teacher" and another staff member facilitating - ensuring that chat activity (questions and comments) during the live session was addressed. They were also skilled at keeping the class on track and not letting a comment or question take us off topic. The curriculum was well structured and the learning components (live session, LMS platform, homework and trailhead modules) worked well together to give a well rounded look at the topic.

LSA was really helpful especially to timeline studying out for all 3 certifications and feedback for homework.

Great course! I wish it were a bit longer :) I thought the instructor and the learning support advocate were both fantastic. On a personal note, I had two seniors in my family have extreme health crises during the class and I got terribly behind on course work. Because of this I really appreciated the flexibility of the course and the thoughtful feedback from my learning support advocate, Stephanie Bennett.

I learnt a great deal from the class. The instructor was excellent. She took the time to repeat explanations of difficult topics. Even if there was not the time for me to go deeply into SQL and Tableau- I am looking forward to revisiting them on my own time. I also did not feel pressured to get a high mark in the class- as it was a pass or fail class. I only had to submit my assignments. I appreciated the extra two weeks as I went on an overseas trip towards the end and needed the extra time.

I liked the structure of the course with live classes, effective support from the mentors and hands on experience projects as assignments.

The course structure made it easy to follow and engage. Live sessions were hugely beneficial and brought life to relevant use cases.

I enjoyed some of the content but felt the instructions were very high level and did not provide enough detail to understand what was being asked. I had to do a lot of guessing. Some of the lectures were pretty boring from a content perspective. I knew most of the material being taught. I thought this would make me more prepared for a new role and less of a review. I wanted more technical content and hands on work vs just filling out an assignment which limits the amount of creativity.

This was a truly great course that gave so much useful information. It is challenging but the staff is super supportive and helpful throughout the entire course.

There is entirely too much good content to push in this timeframe.

The quality of the course was very good, the registration process was a nightmare requiring multiple emails to get the necessary information for a school district to process payment. If you want to recruit from public schools this needs to improve. I was delayed a month in starting because of poor support on the front end.

Experienced instructors, great take-away reference material, practical lessons for the real world, well-guided modules and projects, and flexible deadlines.
