I had a problem that was fixed by the customer service and was left happy with the whole experience. Also, the product works better than I thought it would. The mint flavor tablets are great too.

Easy to use, easy clean up and a very clean appliance, like it's brand new!

So far so good, aligner is super clear after using the device. It's much better than a cheaper device that I had previously purchased, should have just started out with this one :-)

I needed a better way to clean my retainers. They are the clear ones and you aren't supposed to brush them with your toothbrush, or they will get scratched. I never felt like they were very clean before, but now I feel better putting them in. They look cleaner and there is no weird taste when I put them in!

I have had my Zima Dental Pod for two years now, and use it every day. I cannot imagine wearing a nightguard without having this for daily sanitizing. When I bring my nightguard to dental appointments, my dentist and his hygienist have to look to see the wear in the nightguard because otherwise it looks brand new. I actually am a retired dentist who practiced for nearly 40 years and have always used an ultrasonic to clean my dental appliances--but the Zima Dental pod is so small that I can easily keep it on my counter and it performs as well as a larger unit. If I were in practice now, I would recommend it to anyone who wears a nightguard or retainer.

I was a bit skeptical of a device that can sanitize my mouth guard. Yet, I have a devices that can sanitize my cpap machine. I took a risk as I didn't think the tablets for dentures were actively cleaning my mouth guard well. I ran the machine twice and it sloughed off more than a few pieces of debris. Now my guard is cleaned real well and feels sanitized and fresh each night.

I have Invisalign and I don’t know what I’d do without this! I use it to get the trays back to clear and clean everyday and it really keeps them looking sparkling clean much longer than anything else I’ve tried!

Product looks and works great. Feels super premium and enjoy the easy way to clean my night guard daily.

My experience with this company was amazing. I had made a mistake and shipped my item to the wrong address immediately somebody returned my concern and helped me correct the situation. A couple days later my package arrived on my doorstep. I’ve never seen my retainers so clear and clean.

My night guard is a few years old. My dentist removed the majority of the build up before I got the pod but I love the idea of keeping it clean and fresh at home.

Received my product (Dental Pod Pro), which was defective upon delivery. I immediately submitted a claim and was notified within a short period of time of hours with linkage and instructions to deal with details, including movie of my defective unit. With exchanges of emails, I was assured that a replacement was on its way and was received within a few days. I am happily using the product which is doing amazing cleaning of my night guard. I particularly was pleased with the immediate and intelligent communications from Zima Dental support; as well as with the quality of the Dental Pod Pro and its sterilizing tablets.

The Zima Dental Pod is the best. It is easy to use and provides superior cleaning. The design is elegant and the tablets work extremely well with it. My pod stopped working a couple of weeks after delivery. The customer service were very quick to reply to my query and, after a few emails, replaced my pod which is working perfectly. I have had my retainers for several years and used to use a toothbrush to clean them - this is so much better. No scratching and the retainers come out looking as good as new. Can definitely recommend - and thank you Seff for sorting out my pod.

I love my Zima dental cleaner it is amazing...I had an overflow of tablets so I called to have my subscription put on hold until I got through some of what I have and customer service was so helpful...it was easy, fast and done! I would highly recommend Zima to everyone!!!
