So far, so great! I’m a week into the initial deep clean of my 10+ old clear retainer and the yellow tint is gone and so is the apparent odor (that I didn’t really realize it had). The black grit remains but I’m hopeful. My experience with Zima’s customer service was fantastic- when I reached out for a FSA-appropriate receipt by contact form in their website, I received it by email within hours. I look forward to continuing my use of and experience with Zima.
