Revised Opinion on Customer Service
My dental pod was faulty...sometimes it wouldn't turn on and sometimes it wouldn't turn off. It was intermittent, so hard to get a video as customer service requested. I finally sent a second one and they requested another one. I got frustrated and gave up. However, after posting a negative review, I was contacted and offered a solution. I appreciate that they did contact me and am revising my review. The dental pod works so well and I feel very confident that my device is clean and sanitized. Anyone not using this currently should give it a try.
