Everything arrived on time & so easy to set up
I switched to Zen today after really disappointing experiences with two of the UK's providers. Zen is such welcome experience! I called yesterday to find out my options and spoke to Adam who was clear, helpful and very professional. After thinking it over, I called gain and spoke to Adam again who took me through the process of changing my broadband and phone service to Zen. Adam was patient about my questions, reassuring about the level of service Zen provides and an all round star sharing his knowledge. I am really grateful for Adam's consistent support. Thank you for the amazing training Zen provides for its staff and I look forward to being a satisfied Zen customer:)
Have been having a technical issue but despite this I’m leaving a 5 star review. During a time where businesses are cutting corners at the expense of customer experience I want to say well done for investing in a UK call centre, we would pay extra on our bill for this alone as it made discussing and resolving the issue much easier.
Matt Gaughran was very helpful in getting everything set up, figuring out copper and fibre access, and making sure I understood all the options. Thank you!

quick & easy to transfer provider
It works. Any issues I have had have always received a quick, correct, helpful and easily understood response from Zen.
Great connection and early issue was dealt with quickly by excellent customer service team. Not the cheapest, but reliable.

The customer service team were excellent! Although I have some knowledge of using computers, there were times when I didn't understand some of the terms used! They were very patient and helpful! Although we had a few teething problems, again, they were able to solve the issues. We also ordered two new phones, which, at first, we had difficulties with the connection! Again, I think the persons name was Rachel, helped me to sort it! The only thing that I would comment on, was that I was on my phone for 55 minutes. A return call after a short time would have been appreciated.
Have used Zen Internet for many years now. Contracts are a little more expensive than other providers, but I feel this is all worth it as connection is far more stable and reliable and customer service is excellent. When I have had a query or problem, staff are easy to contact, knowledgeable and helpful.

Which Magazine say you are the best, I am not surprised; the professionalism and courtesy shown by your employee Daniel was exemplary and made switching so straight forward it was a pleasure dealing with him. I am looking forward to trouble free broadband service. You don't get to be a Which? Best Buy supplier for five years on the trot without doing things well. A little bit more expensive than some but you get what you pay for and early indications are that it will be good value.
I have been with Zen Internet since October 2024 and I have to say their products are very good and their service is even better! Whether it’s technical support, admin support or anything else the team are practical, knowledgeable and provide first rate support. I would unconditionally recommend them to anyone.
Back in 2005 when I began as a Zen Internet customer, phone support answering times were ususually under 3 minutes. Todays call took at least 20 mins to be answered by the support screening desk person, who then transferred me to the CPANEL helpdesk. Call has still not been answered. Total call time thus far has been 35 mins. Looks like Zen has crumbled as badly as the rest of the UK's service industry
This is a bit of an awkward review because I will be saying good things but stop short of recommending this service. Excellent service and consistently fast speeds! Which is precisely why I moved away from some mainstream services advertising high speeds but constantly throttling at certain times when it is critical for you to have a good connection. When you phone them they act as if it’s not their fault and try to give half solutions. Unfortunately though I am unlikely to renew as the current price of £32/month on an 18 month contract for 300 mbs speeds is becoming increasingly uncompetitive even for a full fibre to property service (again, please don’t compare to standard fibre services). You can now get faster speeds at lower prices! Update - I’ve looked at their website and they now offer different speed ranges (500mps for £34, 100mps for £28, no 300mps offer, for me these are effectively even more expensive) They surely have higher costs due to their UK customer base but they are so good with their service I never had to call their customer service 🤔 This is a tough one!
Moving our Internet to Zen was really simple and easy to do. I'm very impressed by the overall service. Definitely recommended!
