Unacceptable Support Phone Call Ansering Times
Back in 2005 when I began as a Zen Internet customer, phone support answering times were ususually under 3 minutes. Todays call took at least 20 mins to be answered by the support screening desk person, who then transferred me to the CPANEL helpdesk. Call has still not been answered. Total call time thus far has been 35 mins. Looks like Zen has crumbled as badly as the rest of the UK's service industry
