Excellent customer service from Myrha when I needed help to access the portal for our account and also to sort out our new direct debit. Zen are so easy to contact; there is always a person to help deal with your enquiry; telephone calls are answered very quickly and everything is so efficient. I cannot recommend Zen Broadband highly enough. Switching to this company is one of the best home service decisions I ever made.
Matthew was extremely helpful and got my order placed. I was given the options open to me and all aspects were explained clearly. Previously I had spoken to Amanda, who was also amazing, but she's on leave and so Matthew dealt with me instead. Would recommend using Zen. I have used them before and never been disappointed.
We had a little trouble with a weak signal but your customer service helped out with advice on that. When the engineer left he said we were all ready to go. However, we found that our landline phones didn't work. This could have been our lack of technical expertise but it is now sorted.
I contacted Zen and spoke with Jo in the Retention Team. The service I received was excellent. From the outset I felt valued and that my circumstances were understood and Zen’s priority. I was offered a great deal which I was more than happy to accept. Thank you Zen (and Jo)
Excellent response from Live Chat operator Nathan, courteous, helpful, quick. Resolved my problems of disconnected internet within minutes. I had not being able to get through to phone lines all day. Much quicker system using live chat

Love this Company so far. Customer services 10/10. Friendly / knowledgeable/ Patient. The Internet is working the best it ever has & I wish I had used Zen years ago, I can’t see me changing in the future if it stays like this.
Very good so far, but we have only been connected for a couple of weeks. The system has not been fully challenged yet. Time will tell. Ask me again in six months!
I switched to Zen when fibre broadband became available because they were able to offer continuity of telephone service. The whole operation could not have gone more smoothly. The service has continued faultlessly since then.
Changed provider to ZenArranged installation of full fibre with City Fibre. All went well from delivery if new router to fibre installation.
Since changing Internet providers to Zen we have had no problems
I have been with Zen in the past and I’m very pleased to see when I returned to them that their excellent service has not diminished at all. Highly recommended.

ZEN installed full fibre broadband that other suppliers couldnt.Fast consistant internet at last at a very good price.
Recently I had come to the end of my 18 month contract and was on a pay by month, as it worked for us and had no worries with the connection. Then the renewal team reached out and we discussed some options and settled on one. I have always found the customer service to be spot on. On the rare occasions that any drop outs of signal issues the team have given me options and how to resolve it, so I can only speak good of Zen. Thank you for your continued service to us!
The internet service is great, fast as promised, and the speeds consistent. The standard router they give you works well and has some advanced features if you need to access them. Communications were clear and plentyful. The installation itself was quick, easy, the installer were polite and professional discussing their cable installation route giving me a couple of option we could try.
Quick switch and on time. The technical support was great. We now have much faster broadband.
ok whilst things working, but once have an issue then they just don't want to know / seem incapable of doing anything. Total lack of ownership of a problem, and lack of "Customer Service"
