Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP
The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.
I have used Zen for a number of years and always had high praise for the service offered, but more importantly for the Customer Service, not often needed but when it was, alway friendly and helpful staff. Recently I had a totally different experience, where email queries went unanswered and I had to take the step of raising a complaint before I received a response. The response in itself I found curt and rude, it's left me wondering what happened? Cost cuts and outsourcing maybe, I don't know, I can only say that although I remain a customer for the time being, I am no longer what would be considered a loyal customer.
Great prices which don’t keep automatically increasing
Initially my contact with Zen met with a great welcome & useful information. After implementation I received great help with the final setting up.
Terrible experience upgrading from Copper to Full Fibre broadband To be fair, compensation was agreed after a few emails. Slow Broadband Search facility since.
Great customer service and very helpful, knowledgable staff. Contract very clear and understandable. It’s not the cheapest but having dealt with several other providers I consider this the best.
Having had 3 Broadband suppliers that couldn’t get a stable WiFi connection Zen didn’t start too well but 1 phone call to a very helpful customer service representative sorted the problem out instantly. It has been a few weeks now and no problems. Highly recommended.
I approached Zen broadband regarding a problem with my television and computer reception with Zen broadband provision. Initially, I was told the problem was due to interference with the Wi-Fi signal which was beyond Zen's control, but Rob was kind enough to ring me back when he learned of my personal circumstances, to suggest an engineer's visit in case there proved to be a problem with the router. Daniel the engineer came a few days later, and it was found that there was both a router issue, and interference from a small worktop fridge which has since been disconnected. I have decided to use ethernet connection where possible, and have no problems with either television or computer as a result now the router has been replaced, and the fridge disconnected. Rob and Daniel were both kind, thorough and professional in resolving my broadband problems quickly and effectively. I am grateful to both of them for their input. A job well done by the team at Zen! I've not noticed any interruptions to my service since joining. I took a star away as I never received my £100 voucher, as published by Which Magazine if I joined.
Arrived on time, kept us up to date with the supply. Good customer service
Daniel was super helpful, answered all my questions efficiently and it was a smooth process, everything dealt properly and politely, great experience so far! lets hope the connection is as good as the service received so far! got high hopes.

Very good communication, only a short wait on the phone, very helpful, well informed customer service staff. Much faster internet than I had before. Also love the fact that they are an ethical company. Great experience all round.
The sheer relief of being able to contact someone with little delay if there's a problem, not that there's been any since a few teething problems were dealt with
