Very helpful
No technical problems at all during the period I changed to VOIP and now. Only one line problem not of Zens making was quickly and persistenly resolved with BT by them. Service has been trouble free for several years. Excellent technical back up.
I've only had zen a month but so far I'm really pleased. The download and up load speeds are very much spot on. The router was easy to set up and get connected too. I'm not far off maximum download and upload speeds and the range is good and I get a strong connection on all my devices.

Had a slight performance problem-contacted them late in the evening via email Got a reply quickly with some suggestions. Gave them feedback in morning. came home and found a reply with suggestions to try for a day or two to see if they fixed the problem which they had! First Class service all round. So glad I switched from the greedy Virgin walruses.. Had to take them to the Ombudsman !
Which? recommended supplier seemed a good option for our broadband after moving home. Glad we selected Zen who managed a fuss-free transition and the service level is constant and reliable so far. We’re loving it!

I'm always somewhat sceptical regarding glowing reviews, but in Zen's case they really do seem to be fully justified given our experience. Pre-transfer date we were kept well-informed and equipment arrived as notified. I'd checked out the router and it is clearly a good one and has worked perfectly since installation. We needed a new fibre cable connection, all was completely efficiently and with care. I'd opted for a higher than needed speed as these things always end up being about half what is claimed. After having used it for over a month, our download speed is usually actually higher than we paid for (by 10%). I can't see why Zen didn't seem to appear on the nationally recognised 'compare' type websites, I found them on the Cityfibre information. Certainly I have no hesitation recommending them.

Difficult to rate a Broadband provider, as you only really can when they respond to faults or complaints! That said, Zen have provided by Broadband for over two years, during which time I have had no issues whatsoever. A phone call to get me set up - answered promptly and very helpful - is all the support I've needed.
Since day one totally reliable and lightning fast. Huge range with a couple of range extenders for garage or shed. Never gone off unexpectedly either. Great

I have only had to call Zen a couple of times but on both occasions I was able to speak to a real person (not a bot) almost instantly. My questions were answered right away and one minor problem was sorted within minutes. This is my idea of excellent customer service.

Although I can't comment on the broadband service itself just yet, the customer support I received from Matt at Zen has been nothing short of exceptional. After moving into a rural property, I discovered that although Openreach showed full fibre availability for my address, every provider I contacted said I couldn't get internet at all. BT and EE (the closest thing I felt to Openreach) both told me they couldn't help with no interest, and with no way to contact Openreach directly, I was stuck. That is—until a neighbour recommended Zen, and Matt stepped in like a hero. He took the time to resolve everything with Openreach and got us set up for full fibre installation (still pending, but this review stands regardless). Matt gave me his direct work line—a lifesaver—and consistently followed up with updates and reassurance. His genuine care and dedication to helping me through the process was a breath of fresh air - seriously. Even after all he had done for me, he wasn’t pushy about signing up, which made me trust him even more. Despite other providers being slightly cheaper, I’d happily pay a bit extra for this level of service. Thanks to Matt, we’ve chosen Zen and are now awaiting installation. I hope a manager notices this review because he is an asset to your company and I will be recommending it to everyone - thank you!
