WOW! WOW! WOW! What outstanding customer service!

I switched to Zen today after really disappointing experiences with two of the UK's providers. Zen is such welcome experience! I called yesterday to find out my options and spoke to Adam who was clear, helpful and very professional. After thinking it over, I called gain and spoke to Adam again who took me through the process of changing my broadband and phone service to Zen. Adam was patient about my questions, reassuring about the level of service Zen provides and an all round star sharing his knowledge. I am really grateful for Adam's consistent support. Thank you for the amazing training Zen provides for its staff and I look forward to being a satisfied Zen customer:)

Like booking cheap airplane tickets

After listening to a review of A Chorus Line on Radio 4's Front Row earlier, I tried to book tickets and I had trouble selecting the £45 tickets for a few performances on several days. Then, within seconds, the same tickets for the same seats and the same performance suddenly went up to £60. I have had many wonderful experiences at SW over the years but this is a new one and leaves a bad taste.

Pointless experience

What a strange experience was a Medigold assessment:( The first time I turned up for an appointment arranged by them, they sent me away because they hadn't got my paperwork. They told me to make another appointment and come back then. No apology, though it was their fault. The second time I did have the assessment during which the doctor didn't seem to be interested in my situation affecting me at work. Instead she made a speech stressing how it would be very difficult for my employer to accommodate my needs because of financial and other constraints. I felt very confused as I thought the assessment was about my health not the health of my employer's business. When I received the report, I had to ask for corrections due to a number of substantial errors of factual evidence that either the doctor had not included or were wrong. Hard not to think the doctor was not listening. I don't see any point of going to this company for an assessment as it has not made the slightest difference to my working life or conditions. I shall continue attending all HR meetings with my union rep.
