Had a slight performance…
Had a slight performance problem-contacted them late in the evening via email Got a reply quickly with some suggestions. Gave them feedback in morning. came home and found a reply with suggestions to try for a day or two to see if they fixed the problem which they had! First Class service all round. So glad I switched from the greedy Virgin walruses.. Had to take them to the Ombudsman !
