I rented out a server from them 2 weeks ago and until now everything runs smoothly. I am planning to host another Minecraft server soon using their VPS.

I was able to set up a Linux Powered server for RUST without a headache! I was able to get a server up and running in a matter of minutes, modded updated and running. This is the only way to host a game server IMO... The option to scale the server as needed is amazing, as well as play other games ! I REALLY wish i had found ZAP sooner, i have been a server vagrant for so long from one host to another trying to find a solid service that i could afford, and now i have EXTRA STORAGE for FREE with my server . it so helps to be able to keep all my server files in one spot , so each months update and wipe is so much easier to find and update config files ... one place ! they even updayed everything for me , while i was busy at the hospital! updated and restarted for me? does it get any easier? great service , great price no hassle. too easy

Disapointing, aperantly "lifetime services" are not lifetime and you have to menualy log in their interface every 3 months for this service to work. They should include that in their page where the service is sold so people actualy know. Also VPS services Slow. Have had a vps with the same parameters that runs better elsewhere.

Really happy with my Minecraft server from ZAP-Hosting. Setup was quick and easy, and the server runs super smooth with no lag. The control panel is simple to use, and support has been fast and helpful whenever I had questions. Great hosting overall, definitely recommend!

Decent service, 7 day cancellation is a joke. I tried to cancel with 3 days left because we completed the game. They are saying I now owe them another months rent. All this for a server that crashed regularly. Realistically won't use ZAP hosting again.

I signed up for a VPS because they were advertising the new AMD EPYC hardware. At first everything looked fine, but when I randomly checked the specs one day, I noticed they had quietly moved my server onto old Xeon hardware without saying anything. I contacted support, and they said they could migrate me back, but told me I had to make my own backup “just in case” there was data loss. That should really be their job, but I went ahead and did it anyway. Then they said, “Actually EPYC is full, so we can’t migrate you.” After some back and forth, they offered again, but ended up just moving me right back onto Xeon. That so-called “migration” even caused data loss on my VPS, and their response was basically just “oh, unfortunately that caused data loss.” They kept going in circles, promising me EPYC and then saying they couldn’t. Eventually they offered me a refund, but only in Zap coins. I accepted and used it to buy another VPS, hoping this time it would finally be on the new hardware. Of course, it wasn’t. Still Xeon. Honestly, it feels like straight up false advertising and a scam.

After more than half a year of not using my server, Zap-Hosting suddenly charged my card with an amount three times higher than my initial rental. I had even blocked auto-payments on my bank’s side, yet they still managed to withdraw the money. UPD Zap-Hosting can charge higher amounts even for an inactive server and refuses to refund. Refunds are only possible for the first payment within 14 days; all other payments are non-refundable.

Sehr guter Serveranbieter, vor allem für Lifetime Server sehr gut! Es ist sehr zu empfehlen weil egal welche Art Server man will, es gibt alles; von Gameservern bis hin zu dedicated Linux vServer. Man hat alles auf einen Blick und hat sehr viele Optionen zu Auswahl und der Server bleibt 24/7 Online. Auch der Support hat so gut wie nie über 45 Minuten Wartezeit. Der Support ist auch sehr nett. Es gebe jetzt noch so viele weitere Dinge die man auflisten könnte aber man sollte sich da selbst mal erkunden. Auf jeden Fall eine volle Empfehlung! 😀 👍
